Allan has thoroughly enjoyed his business life selling IT Solutions of many styles and many sizes. Essential to every sales role are the skillsets of great communications - especially Listening and Impromptu Speaking. Dean has a background in biochemistry and over forty years extensive experience of working within the statutory, voluntary and community sectors in paid and unpaid roles: with a particular focus on community and organisational development. his work experience includes community legal service provision and NVQ assessment. Dean has four adult children (three boys and one girl).
